Your Trusted Electrical & Energy Partner
Your Property Should Keep Working for You
If you’ve arrived here after receiving a letter from Innolec, we’d like to explain why we reached out.
We believe the relationship between commercial property owners, their buildings and their tenants is changing.
Increasing electrical demand, new technologies, rising operating costs and changing tenant expectations are creating new challenges.
But they’re also creating opportunities.
At Innolec, we want to help property owners identify and take advantage of those opportunities.
More Than a Contractor
Most contractors become involved when something needs to be installed, repaired or replaced.
We want to be involved much earlier than that.
Our goal is to build long term partnerships with commercial property owners, understand their properties and continually look for ways their electrical and energy infrastructure could create greater value.
That might mean reducing operating costs.
Improving the offering to existing or future tenants.
Preparing a property for EV charging or increased electrical demand.
Improving energy resilience.
Making better use of underutilised areas of the property.
Or identifying opportunities that may generate value without requiring the property owner to fund the infrastructure themselves.
The opportunity will be different for every property.
Our job is to find it.
We Bring Opportunities to You
A partnership with Innolec isn’t about waiting until you need an electrician.
We want to understand your property, how it operates today and where you want it to go.
From there, we can identify opportunities, investigate whether they’re commercially and technically viable and bring those ideas to you.
Some may be relatively simple.
Others may involve significant new energy infrastructure.
For example, a commercial rooftop that currently provides little financial benefit could potentially support an Innolec funded energy project, allowing a tenant to access lower cost electricity while new infrastructure is added to the property.
That’s just one opportunity.
As technology, energy markets and the needs of your tenants continue to change, new ones will emerge.
We want to be the partner looking for them.
Not Every Opportunity Requires Your Capital
This is where our approach can be different.
Where we identify the right opportunity, Innolec may be able to fund, own and operate the infrastructure ourselves.
Rather than presenting you with a quote and asking you to invest significant capital, we can explore structures where Innolec makes the investment and works with you and your tenants over the long term.
That could include solar energy, battery storage, EV infrastructure, energy management and other emerging electrical technologies.
The right structure depends entirely on the property and the opportunity.
A Long Term View
We aren’t interested in forcing a solution onto a property simply because we can install it.
We want to understand the asset first.
What does the property look like in five years?
What will tenants expect from it?
Where will electrical demand increase?
What infrastructure will eventually need upgrading?
Are there parts of the property that could be generating value today but aren’t?
And are there opportunities that neither the owner nor tenant should necessarily have to fund themselves?
Those are the conversations we’re interested in having.
Because if we understand your property today, we can continue identifying opportunities as the property, technology and energy market evolve.
One Property or an Entire Portfolio
Whether you own a single commercial building or manage a larger property portfolio, we’d like to understand what you own and where you’re heading.
There may be an opportunity today.
There may be one three years from now.
Either way, we’d like Innolec to be the electrical and energy partner you already have at the table when that opportunity appears.

We’re asking for the opportunity to understand your property.
